со след поставкой в Челябинск которая будет на этой недели
ну в общем до сих пор едут вмести с доками . На дальнейшие
мои звонки меня просто послали…….. и сказали иди в суд без
доков. Я написал заявление в роспотребнадзор Барнаула где
мне тоже посоветовали идти в суд что они работают только с
физ. лицами а не с ИП .

Us markets upbeat outlook
While the data are not yet in and are only preliminary, some analysts have already suggested that the company is seeing positive growth on a more solid basis compared to last quarter. Analysts are expecting Q4 earnings of 18.6 cents per share, up from 18 cents a year ago.
Still, many believe that overall earnings expectations remain relatively high for Nintendo, in part because the Japanese console maker is investing heavily in manufacturing in China.
A statement from Nintendo provided to Fortune suggests that while the outlook is bullish, there is still a large amount of uncertainty around Nintendo's future.
"[We] do believe that we must proceed cautiously and carefully as we work through various challenges and challenges faced by the Japanese video game industry, and as we prepare to release products in 2015 in Japan as expected in Japan," the company says in the statement. "We will continue to share these developments as they develop and as they change."
To get a feel for Nintendo's long term plans, we've laid out the following five key points from the company's first full quarter in Japanese sales history.
Nintendo's new line-up of games
While Nintendo has announced new game platforms in Japan, it has yet to announce a new title for those platforms. That may change in 2015, however, due to new titles due on the new console.
In addition to the Switch, Nintendo is bringing Zelda on the Wii U Virtual Console (i.e. the Virtual Console edition) in October 2015. This is followed up by The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on Switch and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe in January 2016. All of these games come out of the new GamePad controller that Nintendo introduced with the Wii U last year.
Additionally, the company announced a Switch-exclusive title called Fire Emblem Heroes in October 2015. The game will follow the story of Chrom, the titular hero in the game series, as he joins forces with another hero in order to become the hero of both of the main characters. Chrom and his fellow fighters will get to experience some of Nintendo's new features in The Division.
Nintendo has also been looking into new online games in the company's new GamePad Controller, which should go live in the Nintendo eShop in the first quarter of this year. As a result of Nintendo's recent moves in its console division, Nintendo may be moving away from its current online offerings and instead focusing on new content. As such, its online games may actually gain a larger following over time as gamers look for ways to get more of what they want online.

Nsw government hits superannuation roadblock in upper house, asks Labor MPs to table bill in first week
The Australian Electoral Commission said it was preparing a complaint against the Nsw government that could result in it being required to hand over information, including whether anyone had written to Senator Lyle Warren, a Labor frontbencher.
Mr Lyle Warren had written to the Nsw Labor leader, Syed Mollahi, complaining about a clause in the bill that had allowed the State government to force people to deposit money into superannuation funds and make them contribute to a "banking association".
Mr Lyle Warren also pointed to a clause on how taxpayers' super was spent, including by the State government, that he said would force his party to go on a campaign against the Nsw government in the upper house.
The Nsw's government has asked the AEC to file a complaint about a provision that allows for the State to take over an existing superannuation fund and make it its own, if its existing partner fails to honour the terms of the super.
Senator Warren said in response to the criticism that the provision "is so broad and over-broad that even this super fund will be subject to government control" because it would be in the State's hands.
"That clause is so wide, so vague, that it will make it so that if we take over your super fund, it will be completely state run and all your money will be taken from you."
The opposition leader, Bill Shorten, said the ALP would be seeking a debate in Parliament to "get the discussion moving" on the issue of whether it needed to go to the Supreme Court if it wanted to retain the existing fund.
"At this stage, they have not put forward a proposal or a motion to be put to the Australian Parliament, they've just said they will seek a discussion in Parliament," Mr Shorten said.
"[The Nsw] have also said that as soon as this super fund comes to be they won't just come and take it away."
